Border Crossing Protocol

When crossing between EU Schengen countries, your eSIM automatically negotiates with available partner networks. The process is transparent to the user but involves: network selection (automatic or manual), authentication with the new network using your eSIM credentials, and IP address reassignment.

If connectivity drops after a border crossing, toggle Airplane Mode to force a fresh network scan. In rare cases, you may need to manually select a network operator in Settings โ†’ Cellular โ†’ Network Selection.
